This newest laser from DeWalt boasts an impressive working range of 55 metres before you even add a detector, which boosts that up to 100 metres. The newest green diode technology allows for incredible beam visibility even in light conditions.
The DCLE34021 is site-ready, being more compact than ever, 58% smaller than the DCE088D1G18. It comes with a pendulum lock in order to prevent the components swinging around during transportation.
When combined with a 2.0 Amp-hour battery pack for example, this laser can deliver a runtime of 16 hours. The unit has been drop tested successfully up to a height of 1 metre, and has an ingress protection rating of IP54.
Due to the compact design of the laser, it is only compatible with 18 Volt XR battery packs up to 5.0Ah & the 1.7Ah PowerStack batteries. Not the 12v or the DCBP518 5ah PowerStack or 54v FlexVolt batteries due to them being too large to fit with the bracket.
